a Russian space monkey who lives in a space station floating around earth, spending his time getting drunk and smoking cigarets. A concept made for my personal project called Francois that is coming out as personal portfolio book.
The art piece is entirely made in photoshop from start to finish, with my own custom made brushes.
I have colored my tonal with the fx layer (color overlay) and then altered the underlying colored paper with hue and saturation.
Last step was to fill out the final details with colored pencil brushes.

This image is made for a illustration project I am woirking on that should end up being a personal visual development book also representing skills as designer. The brushes is made sow there is some for the shading like a large graphite powder brush and smaller brushes that you can manully precisely shade with and of course the stroke brushes.
